My First Job

My first Job, as with many my age was a local paper route in Elkhart Indiana. I delivered the South bend Tribune http://www.southbendtribune.com/ to houses in my neighborhood. This was a fun job, on Sundays I would get up at 2:00 or 3:00 am to be downtown and get my papers to have delivered by 6:00am. It was a great feeling of responsibility mixed with freedom, that just made me feel exhilireted. I worked this job for several years na doften used some of my money to help my mother buy groceries, it was a hard time in our life. I learned a lot of discipline and people skills from this job.
